The Large Group Party Package – Studio Party Fee of $80 and Includes:

• Studio fees for 8 painters (does not include pottery)
• Reserved tables and seats together for your party guests for 2 hours to host your event
• A dedicated Color Me Mine host to run your party from start to finish

Other Details:

• You are welcome to bring table decorations, paper goods, and snacks
• All pottery is chosen from entire studio’s selection and paid for the day of the party
• Any additional painters will be an additional $10 per painter
• Pieces will be fired and ready for pick up in 12 days after party
• Parties require a minimum of 8 painters. If 8 do not attend, we will require 8 items are painted
• A 18% gratuity will be added to your total for your party host
• Discounts, coupons, or specials do not apply to parties
• We cannot accommodate more than a total of 24 people

Terms and Conditions:

• The Studio Party Fee of $80 is non refundable unless party is canceled at least 10 days prior to event
• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than 4 non-painters at parties. Those 4 must be seated per fire code regulations for our space.
• The finished pottery pieces from your party will all be packaged together. The Party Host must pick up the entire party’s pieces when ready and deliver those finished pieces to their guests.
